Requirements

• Personal Support Worker Certificate or valid related certification
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (last 12 months)
• Proof of negative TB test (last 12 months) and immunization record
• Ability to travel within the community and work every other weekend
• Strong communication skills in English; French or other languages are assets
• Reliability, organization, and ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

Role Description

As a team member, you will support clients to be safe and independent at home, providing personal care, assisting with mobility, and light exercises. You will observe, document, and report client condition changes, and may perform light housekeeping as per care plans.
