University Health Network (UHN) is seeking a Personal Support Worker for the Complex Continuing Care unit at the Toronto Rehab Institute. The 16-hour-per-week temporary part-time position supports patients through daily activities, under RN/RPN delegation, within a collaborative inter-professional care team.
The role requires a PSW program completion, current HSCPOA registration, BCLS certification, and related training. Strong attendance and safety reporting are valued.
