Job summary

AgeCare is seeking a Personal Support Worker to provide care based on individualized plans, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for residents. You will assist with bedside care, monitor progress, and document findings while participating in ongoing in-service education and team meetings.

The role supports onboarding of new staff and strict adherence to IPAC policies, sanitation standards, and geriatric needs, contributing to a compassionate, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• PSW certificate/diploma must be current and recognized.
• Knowledge of basic bedside care and sanitation practices.
• Familiarity with infection prevention and control policies.
