Job Title : Personal Support Worker (PSW)

Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Salary : $20 - $25 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

About the Role :

Hirez Manpower Solutions Inc. is actively hiring Personal Support Workers (PSWs) on behalf of our healthcare client in Toronto, Ontario . We are seeking caring and committed professionals who are passionate about supporting individuals with their daily living needs and improving their quality of life. This is a long-term opportunity, open to both local and international candidates, with full immigration and licensing support provided to the right applicants.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, and mobility
• Monitor and document any health-related changes and report to care teams
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with medication administration (if certified) and meal preparation
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate records

Candidate Requirements :

For International Applicants (Outside Canada) :

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in caregiving, personal support, or nursing assistance
• Must possess or be eligible to obtain a valid Canadian PSW license or equivalent certification
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Willing to relocate to Canada and meet all immigration requirements
• Immigration and licensing assistance will be fully provided

For Applicants Already in Canada :

• Degree or diploma in a healthcare-related field OR a PSW Certificate from a recognized Canadian institution
• Some practical experience working as a PSW or caregiver
• Valid Canadian PSW license or proof of eligibility to practice in Ontario
• Open to candidates on a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) with related qualifications
