ParaMed Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker to assist patients at home and in the community with activities of daily living, including personal care, meals, and companionship.

You will work as part of a care team, following care plans, ensuring safety, and traveling to patient residences within your geographic area. A valid PSW certificate, a driver license, and a compassionate, reliable approach are required.

• Valid driver license and access to a vehicle to travel to and from patient’s residences within a geographical area.
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Screen.
• Proficiency in Chinese is an asset as many of our clients primarily speak this language.

• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, including special diets, as determined by the care plan.
• Provide basic housekeeping tasks and companionship to help your patients enjoy a better quality of life
