ParaMed is a leading home health care provider delivering essential in-home support across Canada. Our Home Care team supports patients in daily living activities, nutrition, hygiene and mobility with a focus on independence and dignity.

We offer best-in-class training, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits. This role requires a PSW certificate, valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for patient visits within a geographic area.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Personal Support Worker Certificate.
• Demonstrates compassion and care when interacting with patients.
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling and travel within geographic area.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including skin, hair, and oral care, bathing, toileting, and peri-care.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks per care plan and dietary requirements.
• Provide basic housekeeping and companionship to enhance quality of life for patients.
