Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team serving the Greater Hamilton and Burlington region. You will provide compassionate in-home and facility-based care, following individualized plans and ensuring clients receive safe, dignified support.

Applicants must have a PSW diploma or equivalent, strong English communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel is essential, with a supportive, client-centered work environment.

Qualifications

• PSW diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Criminal background check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.
• TB test or medical clearance as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based personal care to clients in the Greater Hamilton & Burlington area.
• Follow individualized care plans and document care activities.
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure timely, safe, and compassionate service.
