Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker to support patients in home and community settings, promoting independence and quality of life through compassionate care and daily living assistance.

You will assist with activities of daily living, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. A valid driver license and access to a vehicle are required to travel to patients' residences within the service area.
