Job summary

SE Health is hiring Personal Support Workers (PSWs) for Community care shifts in Denbigh, Ompah and Maberly. This full-time and part-time role offers paid travel time and mileage between clients, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Candidates must hold a valid PSW certificate or RN/RPN license, be willing to drive between sites, and meet immunization and background check requirements. Flexible day or evening shifts and every other weekend are available.

Qualifications accepted to work as a PSW:

• Valid Certificate as a Personal Support Worker (PSW)
• RN or RPN
• Nursing student (2 clinical placements completed)
• Valid Developmental Support Worker Diploma
• Foreign trained healthcare professional - Nurse

Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license and vehicle to use for work daily is required
• Meet Immunization requirements – MMR, Varicella, TB and Tetanus
• Current vulnerable sector check (VSC)
• Current Standard CPR level C certificate and First Aid
• Availability to workdays OR eveningsand every other weekend
• This is a physically demanding position and requires hand, arm and shoulder dexterity, sensory ability, lifting to a maximum of approximately fifty-five (55) pounds, walking, climbing stairs, standing, bending, reaching, and frequent movement
