Job summary

Saint Elizabeth Health Care is hiring part-time Personal Support Workers to deliver community care in Alliston, Tottenham and surrounding areas. The role includes mileage and travel time coverage, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Ideal candidates hold a PSW certificate, with options for RN/RPN or nursing students. A valid driver\'s license is required, along with immunizations and a VSC. Availability for day or evening shifts and every other weekend is needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license and vehicle to use for work daily is required.
• Meet Immunization requirements – MMR, Varicella, TB, Tetanus
• Current vulnerable sector check (VSC)
• Current Standard CPR level C certificate and First Aid
• Availability to work days OR evenings and every other weekend
• This is a physically demanding position requiring lifting and mobility

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in community settings.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Transport clients between appointments and home care locations.
• Document care provided and report changes to supervisors

• Valid Developmental Support Worker Diploma
• Foreign trained healthcare professional - Nurse
