Holt Renfrew is seeking an Assistant, Personal Shopping in Calgary to provide partnership and admin support to the Personal Shopper. You will schedule appointments, manage correspondence, and maintain client profiles while upholding top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all appointments and maintain calendar of Personal Shopper.
• Review and handle all correspondence including drafting client invitations.
• Speak on behalf of Personal Shopper via telephone or email with superior customer service and timely follow-up.
• Maintain Personal Shopper client profiles and information; track data for accuracy.
• Prepare and coordinate materials and merchandise for client appointments; ensure standards are met.
• Coordinate alterations, product transfers, holds and other services as required.
• Other duties as assigned to maximize Personal Shopper schedule efficiency.
• Maintain merchandising standards in the Personal Shopping Suites and on the selling floor.
• Ensure suites meet Store Readiness requirements including maintenance and housekeeping.
• Assist with loss prevention to reduce shrink.
• Attend PK sessions to become the expert.
• Comply with Health & Safety, privacy, and cyber security policies.
