Assistant, Personal Shopping

Responsibilities

• Schedule all appointments and maintain the Personal Shopper’s calendar
• Review and handle all correspondence, including drafting and producing official client invitations
• Speak on behalf of the Personal Shopper via telephone or email while maintaining superior customer service and ensuring professional, timely follow‑up
• Maintain Personal Shopper client profiles and information and track and interpret data to ensure accuracy
• Prepare and coordinate materials and merchandise for all client appointments, ensuring standards are maintained
• Coordinate alterations, product transfers, COGs, holds and other services as required
• Perform other duties as assigned, including errands, to maximize the efficiency of the Personal Shopper’s schedule and work
• Maintain merchandising standards in the Personal Shopping Suites and on the selling floor when removing and returning product
• Ensure the suites meet all Store Readiness requirements, including overall maintenance and housekeeping
• Reduce or eliminate loss through effective loss prevention
• Attend PK session to become a subject‑matter expert
• Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements

Desired Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet
• Fully bilingual in French and English

Compensation

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche :
$17.85 - $29.25 per hour (France: 17,85 € - 29,25 €)

Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s unique skills, expertise, individual qualifications and assessed contributions to the role following the interview process.
