The Opportunity

Logic Executive Search & Workplace Solutions is proud to partner with Libro Credit Union on the recruitment of a Personal Relationship Manager in Kingsville, Ontario. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Personal Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining a high level of portfolio management discipline, driving member loyalty, and consistently identifying growth opportunities within the existing member base while also sourcing new high-value relationships.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Managing a defined portfolio of high-value and high-potential members as the primary point of contact for their financial needs.
  • Providing expert financial advice across lending, mortgages, HELOCs, day-to-day banking, and investment transactions.
  • Identifying opportunities to consolidate financial services to drive member loyalty and long‑term value.
  • Delivering personalized, solutions-based advice aligned to each member’s unique financial goals.
  • Engaging internal specialists to address complex planning, lending, or insurance needs.
  • Growing the portfolio by deepening existing member relationships and identifying internal growth opportunities.
  • Sourcing new high-value members through targeted outbound business development efforts.
  • Building strong internal partnerships to increase retention and wallet share.
  • Advising members on mutual fund investments and aligning solutions with financial objectives.
  • Referring complex wealth, retirement, or estate planning needs to Financial Planners.
  • Integrating banking, lending, and investment solutions to support a consolidated financial services approach.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and risk guidelines.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and disciplined portfolio management while balancing risk and growth.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in personal banking, relationship management, lending, or financial advisory.
  • Proven ability to manage complex financial needs for high-value members and grow portfolios through business development and service consolidation.
  • PFP or CFP designation (or working toward) preferred.
  • Experience in wealth advisory, personal lending, or high-value relationship management, with strong knowledge of lending structures, credit, and financial products.
  • Strong business development, portfolio management, and financial analysis skills, with the ability to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable, with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
