Job summary

Ratehub Inc. is seeking an Experienced Personal Lines Sales Broker to join our fully remote Insurance team. You will report to the Personal Line Sales Broker, Team Lead, and play a key role in managing leads, quoting clients, and driving sales growth for Ratehub RH Insurance.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in personal lines sales, holds Alberta Level 2 General License (BC license an asset), and thrives in a fast-paced environment while growing with a rapidly expanding company.

Qualifications

• Alberta Level 2 General License required.
• BC Level 1/2 General License an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of personal lines insurance sales experience with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Manage leads and provide quotes to prospective clients in a timely manner.
• Generate new business through existing networks and given leads.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to quickly build trust and effectively understand customers’ needs and requirements, must be strong in closing and meeting sales target.
• Identify opportunities to drive customer value with cross selling/up selling.
• Adhere to underwriting criteria set out by broker partners.

Reporting to the Personal Line Sales Broker, Team Lead, the Experienced Personal Lines Sales Broker will have an exciting opportunity to join the fast growing Insurance brokerage for Ratehub - RH Insurance! The successful candidate will be motivated by sales targets, thrives in a fast paced environment, and is eager to grow with a rapidly expanding company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage leads and provide quotes to prospective clients in a timely manner
