Job summary

Our Manitoba-based insurance brokerage is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to work in-office, full-time. You will manage a personal lines book, advise clients on coverage, and drive new business while supporting client retention through proactive service.

Ideal candidates have a Manitoba license (Level 2 or 3), familiarity with Autopac, and exposure to EPIC; post-secondary education is an asset. A collaborative, client-first approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a Personal Lines book of business.
• Post-secondary education is considered an asset.
• Current Level 2 or 3 Manitoba Insurance License; Autopac experience is a plus; EPIC exposure is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients with personalized insurance advice.
• Conduct coverage reviews and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Achieve sales and growth targets by identifying opportunities and prospecting leads.
• Promote cross-sell of additional products and services.
• Manage and grow assigned Personal Lines book with high retention through proactive service.
• Review policies, renewals, and address cancellations with accuracy and compliance.
• Place coverage with markets and handle documentation and day-to-day processing.
• Support Autopac transactions and respond to client requests promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and uphold service standards.
