Job summary

ONE Insurance Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Personal Insurance Advisor to counsel clients on personal lines and maintain a growing book of business. The role emphasizes client rapport, coverage options tailored to individual needs, and cross-selling across lines of business.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day policy needs, ensure retention, and collaborate with the Regional Manager to meet sales objectives within a Manitoba-based team.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of industry experience managing a Personal Lines book of business.
• Current Level 2 or 3 Manitoba Insurance License (CAIB designation is a strong asset).
• Experience with other lines of insurance (Autopac, Farm, Commercial) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding and professional counsel to clients on personal lines insurance.
• Build rapport with existing, assigned, and new clients and discuss coverage options.

Aboutthis Opportunity:

Reporting to the Regional Manager, our Personal InsuranceAdvisor’s primary responsibility is to provide outstanding and professional counselto our clients on their personal lines of insurance. Building solid rapportwith existing, assigned, and new clients is essential while providing coverageoptions that suite their individual needs. The successful candidate will alsobecome familiar with ONE Insurance’s other lines of business in order tocross-sell our wide variety of products/services to our clients.

Performance Objectives:

• Achieve annually established individual growth and salesobjectives

• Prospect new customers and opportunities, action all leads

• Ensure the retention and growth of assigned Personal LinesBook of Business; ensuring all customer and Book management requirements aremanaged and reviewing all new policies and cancellations.

• Place coverage with insurance markets while handling therequired day to day work and paper flow; performing annual coverage reviewsincluding outlining additional coverage availability

• Provide immediate support with Autopac transactions andother duties as required

Qualifications/Skills:

• Minimum two (2) years of industry experience managing aPersonal Lines book of business is preferred

• Current Level 2 or 3 Manitoba Insurance License (full CAIBdesignation is considered a strong asset)

• Experience with other lines of insurance (Autopac, Farm,Commercial etc.) is considered an asset

• Familiarity with EPIC is considered an asset

• Organized and efficient with strong attention to detail andthe ability to multitask

• Flexibility and a positive team player approach witheffective communication skills
