Personal Lines Account Manager - Insurance

At Hello World Recruitment, we specialize in identifying and offering top-tier Insurance Broker opportunities across North America.

We’re looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join a fast-growing team with a brokerage in North York, ON. This role will be responsible for managing a book of personal lines business, helping to drive growth while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The successful candidate will report directly to the Personal Lines Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Service & Support: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via telephone, email, and fax, ensuring high service quality.
  • Account Management: Review renewals, provide quotes, and remarket policies to keep the portfolio competitive.
  • Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products for account growth.
  • Claims & Endorsements: Handle endorsements, renewals, and claims, ensuring documentation is processed through EPIC and company portals.

Desired Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in personal insurance account management.
  • R.I.B.O. license required.
  • Proficiency in EPIC brokerage system is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance carriers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
