Job summary

Johnston Meier Insurance Agencies Group in Williams Lake is seeking a Personal Lines Advisor to assist with an existing book of business and coordinate changes to client policies across a wide range of insurance products. You will help new clients obtain coverage and lead the Personal Lines team.

This role requires strong customer service and communication, with emphasis on renewal terms, new quotes, and comprehensive client portfolios while maintaining a paperless system and accurate notes.

Qualifications

• Level 2 license (or working toward Level 2 within 18 months).
• At least one year of insurance experience.
• Able to cover Auto Insurance as required.
• Strong communication with underwriters, customers and team members.
• Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer service.
• Flexible in duties and hours as necessary.
• Company Portal knowledge is an asset.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients.

Job Summary

Johnston Meier Insurance Agencies Group has an opportunity in our office in Williams Lake for a Personal Lines Advisor, to assist with our existing book of business. This role requires the candidate to coordinate changes to existing client policies, help new clients with obtaining coverage across a wide range of insurance products and lead the Personal Lines team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients
• Provide renewal terms and optional quotes when required
• Update evaluators when necessary
• Provide new quotes on all Personal Lines types of business
• Offer additional products to provide Complete Customer Portfolios
• Keep detailed notes on our Computer System at all times (Paperless Environment)
• Keep abeyances updated and current
• Accounts Receivable
