As a Personal Insurance Executive in our Personal Lines division at HUB International, you will focus on providing expert advice and solutions based on our clients’ insurance needs, utilizing our in-house Personal Lines programs, High Value programs, special risk, and market offerings tailored for our clients.

What you will bring to the team:
  • Level 2 General Insurance License
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a PL producer or account manager
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to offer unique solutions using all offerings at HUB International
  • Ability to say YES to clients’ needs
  • Results-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals
  • Responsiveness and a sense of urgency to serve clients
  • Claims advocacy for clients
  • Ability to build new business relationships and seek referrals from local professionals and community contacts
  • Proactive lead generation through various business lines, including auto and commercial insurance
Salary Expectations:

The salary range for this position is $42,400 to $50,000, influenced by skills, experience, location, and specific business line. HUB International offers comprehensive benefits, including health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid time off, and potential bonuses and commissions.
