Franchise Owner at Sussex Insurance Agency (Maple Ridge)

Sussex Insurance Agency – Maple Ridge, 11850 224th Street (inside Walmart) is looking for a Full-Time Personal Lines / Autoplan Agent. This is NOT a trainee position; the successful candidate must have completed the Fundamentals of Insurance and have at least 6 months of personal lines experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and professional advice to all clients or potential clients
• Sales and service (including upselling) of all ICBC related products
• Sales and cross-sell of other insurance products or services offered, including but not limited to Private Auto, Personal Lines, Travel, Business, Marine, RV Insurance
• Participate in upsell & cross-selling incentives
• Batching, inventory, plate return, bank deposits, and other ICBC related duties
• Light office cleaning
