Job Title: Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer

Auger Hollingsworth Accident & Injury Lawyers (www.ahinjurylaw.com) seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer to manage plaintiff files from inception to conclusion. Candidates must have at least 3 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. Please do not apply without this experience.

The role requires owning results in a contingency-based practice by tracking case progress and settlements, and being capable of handling a full litigation practice independently.

Location flexibility: Candidates can work remotely anywhere in Ontario, with some travel to Toronto and Ottawa. Options include 100% remote, in-office, or hybrid arrangements.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage cases independently with your own law clerk/paralegal to ensure timely prosecution and resolution.
2. Meet with clients and develop cases from inception through discovery, mediation, pre-trial, and trial.
3. Plan cases quarterly to ensure readiness for resolution.
4. Maintain weekly settlement targets to ensure excellent client results and firm revenue.
5. Advance cases weekly towards fair settlements.
6. Collaborate with colleagues on case development and strategy.
7. Engage in continuous legal education and professional development.
