• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Experience with motor vehicle accident litigation is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and dispute-resolution abilities.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and manage challenging situations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Client-focused approach with the ability to build effective professional relationships.
