Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a Personal Finance Advisor to develop and maintain trusted relationships with members and clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored financial advice. You will drive results by recommending investments, loans and insurance within the caisse’s framework.

You will collaborate with partners to design integrated strategies, stay informed on market trends, and participate in outreach activities to represent Desjardins in the community.

Qualifications

• General college diploma in a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French required.
• Knowledge of financial products and Desjardins services.
• Understanding of compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Advise members and clients on the best strategies and work with them to identify expected results.
• Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices in your field.
• Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community.
