Job description

As the Project Coordinator, you will be working with our National Sales, Specialty and Group Insurance Leadership team to maintain a clear and focused communication of vision to the team. You will participate in strategic discussions with various cross-functional teams across the organization along with coordinating the appropriate updates across the business.

What the Role Entails :

  • In collaboration with the corporate leadership teams, maintain an effective relationship to support each leader of the teams, knowing their business and needs.
  • Be responsible for coordination of resources to support reporting, presentation and updates on initiatives continuously seek solutions to achieve objectives, meet deadlines and support the organization’s roadmap.
  • Actively participate in the team’s strategic planning.
  • Liaise with multiple departments to attain holistic perspective
  • Willing to consistently educate yourself on the latest trends in insurance, the economy and technology
  • Apply influence and negotiation to gain support of cross functional teams
  • Analyze and summarize information in presentations for leadership

The Successful Candidate will have :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related management work experience.
  • Project Management Professional certification an asset or willing to obtain.
  • Chartered Insurance Professional Certification (CIP) or strong knowledge of PL / CL insurance.
  • Strong collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders across the company.
