Job summary

Sephora Canada in Winnipeg is seeking a Paid Services Beauty Advisor to provide personalized beauty consultations and perform makeup and skincare services. You will guide clients on their beauty journey, showcase product applications, and stay current with trends, while delivering exceptional service and handling bookings.

The role is full-time, hourly, with opportunities for bonus and benefits, and requires 1–3 years of retail experience and strong communication.

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$18.30 - CAD$21.55/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition.
