Qualifications

No prior experience necessary; post-secondary degree or certification desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to explain digital banking options to customers.
Willingness to collaborate and work across channels.

Responsibilities

Identify customer needs and initiate referrals to BMO colleagues.
Support banking services and handle transactions and inquiries.
Welcome customers and meet service and transactional needs with seamless execution.
Offer advice on digital and self-serve options to simplify banking.
Review profiles to identify opportunities and address everyday banking plans and credit card needs.
Escalate complex or unresolved situations to managers as required.
