Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or education in related field.
• Canada: registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (within 12 months).
• Confident using social media, tablets, smartphones and online tools.
• Experience in consultative customer service or sales.
• Basic knowledge of banking solutions and cross-sell potential.
• Strong customer-focused mindset and drive to deliver a personal experience.
• Good verbal and written communication, organization and teamwork.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and advise on financial solutions in customers' best interests.
• Welcome customers in the branch and guide them to digital/self-serve options.
• Collaborate with branch partners to identify referral opportunities and grow customer relationships.
