Job summary

TD Canada Trust is seeking a Personal Banking Associate at our Oromocto branch to help customers with everyday banking needs, new accounts, and financial solutions. You will guide customers to the right staff and provide friendly, knowledgeable service while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

You will participate in digital banking education, support frontline staff, and contribute to a positive, equitable work environment.

Qualifications

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
IFC certification within 90 days of start date.
Post-Secondary degree preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and branch software.
Knowledge of banking solutions to advise customers.
Self-starter with strong administration and time management skills.
Strong communication and customer experience abilities.

Responsibilities

Engage customers with day-to-day banking needs and transactions.
Guide customers to appropriate staff for solutions while handling confidential matters.
Educate customers on digital banking trends and conduct basic education.
Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions; report issues.
Suggest improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience.
Complete business processes accurately and in compliance with TD policies.
Promote team performance and participate in development activities.
