• IFIC or equivalent certification required; CFSA to be completed within 12 months if hired.
• Strong knowledge of investing and credit processes to advise customers.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on high-level financial solutions from a range of investment and credit banking options.
• Ask thoughtful questions, build relationships, and provide personalized financial guidance.
• Maintain confidentiality, ensure accuracy, and reference TD guidelines in all dealings.
• Work with frontline staff to address customer problems and promote TD products.
