Thrive Group is seeking Part-Time Personal Attendants to join our Community Outreach team in Hamilton. The role focuses on delivering non-medical personal support, life-skills assistance, and light housekeeping to help clients live independently at home.
Applicants should have a High School Diploma; related coursework is an asset, and prior caregiving experience is welcome. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, and a Vulnerable Sector Check must be satisfactory.

This position is responsible for providing non-medical personal support services, life-skills support and light housekeeping duties to enable clients to remain in their own homes and live as independently as possible. Duties include assisting clients with personal care and housekeeping services. Personal Support Worker certificate is not required but is considered an asset. We welcome candidates with any previous caregiving experience.
Job Type: Part-time, permanent
Starting Rate: $24/hour
