The Good Spirit School Division #204 in Yorkton, Saskatchewan, is seeking a Permanent Part Time Bus Driver to join our transportation team. You will contribute to safe, punctual student transportation, supervise students during transit, and support boarding and unloading.

The candidate should have a Grade 10 education or equivalent, a valid driver's license with an S endorsement, and a clean driving record. A recent criminal record check may be required prior to offer.

Route: Ykn 17 - Willowbrook North to Yorkton - Assigned to Yorkton Bus Garage

The duties of a Bus Driver are to:

• Support safe, positive environments for students.
• Ensure student transportation is provided with due regard for safety.
• Provide supervision of students during transit and assist in supervision during boarding and unloading.
• Keep students on the bus until regular school supervision is provided.
• Other duties as assigned by the Principal or Transportation Manager and those listed in Job Description - Transportation: Bus Driver.

The successful candidate will have the desired qualifications:

• Minimum Grade 10 Education or equivalent
• A valid driver's license with "S" endorsement.
• Clean drivers abstract.

Applicants not currently working for GSSD will be required to submit a recent (within the last six months) criminal record that includes a vulnerable sector check acceptable to the Board of Education prior to offer of employment.
