Job summary

Livingstone Range School Division No 68 is seeking a Permanent Full Time Nutrition Educational Assistant at W.A Day Elementary School in Fort Macleod, Alberta. Qualifications

W.A. Day Elementary School requires a Permanent Full Time Nutrition Educational Assistant to support our school Nutrition Program. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and creative and will support the school's breakfast, snack and lunch programs. The successful candidate will support with ordering and preparing healthy food, support school staff in implementing a universal life-skills program, and be willing to work with community volunteers.

Desired Qualifications Include The Following

• Possess, or be in the process of acquiring an Alberta approved Food Safety Certificate
• Experience with and/or training working with students and experience
• Experience with data collection.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with students/staff in a flexible environment
• Ability to work independently

This position will commence as soon as a suitable candidate is found. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

W.A. Day Elementary School is a preschool to grade five school with approximately 350 students.
