Wage: $30.57 as Lifeguard/Instructor and $37.65 as Specialized Instructor with benefits as per the current IBEW Local 1730 Collective Agreement
Job Summary:
Lifeguard: To use trained lifeguard techniques to effectively supervise swimmers, prevent aquatic injury, enforce rules to patrons and obtain emergency medical assistance as required.
Instructor : To instruct children and adults in swimming skills and water safety knowledge; to teach entry level leadership courses which instruct candidates to respond to increasingly complex rescue situations.
