Job summary

South East Cornerstone Public School Division is seeking an energetic School Bus Driver to transport students to and from Carlyle Route #80-171. This permanent, part-time role offers approximately 5 hours per day with a split shift.

The starting wage is $79.53 per day plus $0.17 per kilometer, with a full benefits package and an employer defined pension plan. Training is provided if qualifications are not fully met.

Qualifications

• Class 5 Driver's License with 'S' Endorsement.
• First Aid & CPR certification.
• Clear Driver's Abstract.
• Commitment to the ideals of public education and the division's mission.

Responsibilities

• Transport students to and from school as per route details.
• Follow established bus routes, safety procedures and schedules.
• Supervise students and ensure a safe boarding and disembarking process.

South East Cornerstone Public School Division is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and fun person to fill the role of School Bus Driver. If you are a parent or grandparent who currently drives students to and from school, you are an ideal individual to fill this role. For parents with non-school age children, we can provide certain safety seating so they can accompany you and their older sibling(s).

Qualifications

The starting wage for this position is currently a daily rate of $79.53 plus $0.17 per kilometer along with a full benefit package and an employer defined pension plan.
