Job summary

Berger seeks a Perlite Assistant Operator for our Baie-Sainte-Anne plant to ensure the go-to support for the production team. You will assist with raw-material handling and operate production equipment, maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role is permanent, 40 hours per week, with several benefits and opportunities for training and development within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow established procedures.
• Good physical condition (manual handling, heat, dust).
• Attention to detail and compliance with instructions.

Perlite Assistant Operator

We are currently looking for a Perlite Assistant Operator for our plant located in Baie-Sainte-Anne. In this role, you will be the go‑to person ensuring that the perlite operator has everything they need to perform their job efficiently.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Supply equipment with raw materials using a forklift;
• Assist in operating production equipment (perlite furnace);
• Perform minor adjustments during the production process;
• Ensure compliance with quality and health & safety standards;
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
