Job summary

Pattison Food Group Ltd. in Edmonton, AB, is hiring a full-time Quality Assurance Specialist for our TCL Warehouse.

You will ensure inbound and outbound perishable products meet safety and quality standards, support HACCP/GFSI programs, and coordinate with supply chain and merchandising teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2–5 years of food safety/QA experience, with the ability to work in a multi-temperature warehouse environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in microbiology, food science, public health or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, auditing, supply chain, compliance or related area.
• Experience with QA in wholesale/retail environments and knowledge of HACCP/GFSI standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify inbound perishable products meet safety and quality specs via key metrics and sampling/testing.
• Document and investigate QA findings using standard forms and systems daily.
• Communicate across QA, merchandising and supply chain teams regularly.
