Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and interventions, care planning, and administration of prescribed treatments.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient/family education in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Uphold Covenant Health standards and participate in charge nurse duties as needed.
