Job Description

• Design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies for PeopleSoft and Mainframe systems to ensure optimal system performance under varying workloads.
• Conduct performance testing using tools such as Load Runner, JMeter, or other performance testing frameworks.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance benchmarks and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Write and execute SQL queries (e.g., SELECT, JOIN, aggregate functions) to validate data integrity and support performance testing efforts.
• Perform load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing to evaluate system behavior under different conditions.
• Analyze and interpret performance test results to identify issues and recommend solutions for system improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless execution of performance testing strategies.
• Provide detailed performance test reports, including metrics, findings, and recommendations for system optimization.
• Leverage experience in the Banking/Finance domain and General Ledger (GL) systems to ensure performance testing aligns with business requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools, techniques, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in testing processes.
• Ensure adherence to performance testing best practices and standards throughout the testing lifecycle.
