Job description

As a Consultant, Performance Testing, you will be accountable for driving the performance testing strategy, approach, and standards for the QA team. This includes translating business processes, systems functionality, and requirements into test cases to deliver applications with high-quality performance and operability. We are committed to innovation, specifically DevOps and Agile. You will work with various technology groups within DCT to create and manage the performance testing roadmap and testing strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement performance testing strategies and standards.
2. Translate business and system requirements into effective test cases.
3. Collaborate with technology teams to create and manage testing roadmaps.
4. Ensure applications meet performance and operability standards.

Core Skills & Experience (Mandatory):

• 5+ years in Performance/Load Testing (including scripting, execution, and analysis).
• Proficient in LoadRunner (Web Protocol).
• Strong SQL knowledge (query optimization, DB profiling).
• Experience with Parasoft Virtualize (Service Virtualization).
• Monitoring & APM tools experience (Dynatrace, Splunk – Nice to Have).
• Programming skills in C/Java (for test scripting & debugging).

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
