Role Description:

1. Coordinate with the client lead to understand requirements and create manual and automation scripts.
2. Develop automation frameworks and scripts.
3. Run QA automation suites after each QA release and conduct preliminary investigations on failures.
4. Collaborate with development teams for automation module development.
5. Provide timely status updates, manage, and report dependencies and risks as appropriate.

Required Skill Set:

• Experience in performance testing using LoadRunner.
• Experience in software testing with various tools and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with performance monitoring tools.
• Strong SQL skills (SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle, or others).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for reporting and documentation.

Desired Skill Set:

• Experience with performance and automation testing.
• Experience working in an agile/Scrum development environment.
