We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Coordinator (Freelance) — someone who loves the details, enjoys managing campaigns, and wants to grow in a fast-paced, creative, and AI-powered environment.
What You’ll Do
Ad Operations & Campaign Management
- Launch, manage, and maintain paid campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Pinterest or Snapchat (as needed)
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance across all campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign assets, copy, and approvals with content and strategy leads.
A/B Testing & Creative Coordination
- Set up and manage creative testing experiments — headlines, hooks, visuals, formats.
- Help track and tag creative variations for performance insights.
- Work with designers and video editors to ensure ad creative is delivered and deployed on time.
Reporting & Attribution Support
- Maintain and update dashboards (Google Looker Studio, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
- Ensure proper UTMs, tagging, and attribution structures are in place.
- Support in analyzing results and surfacing learnings in weekly reporting cycles.
Who You Are
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in paid media or digital marketing.
- Familiar with campaign management tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc).
- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once.
- Experience with Google Looker Studio and attribution tools like GA4, HubSpot, or similar.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn — especially about AI tools and modern growth strategies.
- Comfortable working asynchronously with a remote team using tools like Slack, Notion, and ClickUp.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in an agency, SaaS, or startup environment.
- Exposure to A/B testing frameworks or creative testing tools.
- Basic understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Runway.
- Experience collaborating with design or creative teams.
