Job summary

One Performance Institute is seeking a full-time, on-site physiotherapist to bridge rehabilitation and performance for a diverse client base on the Burnaby/Vancouver border. You will assess, diagnose, and implement evidence-based treatment plans, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, integrated care.

Ideal candidates will have a physiotherapy degree, BC registration, and experience in sport performance, load management, and return-to-play planning.

Qualifications

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and development of evidence-based treatment plans.
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with other healthcare professionals.
• Experience in patient education and preventive health strategies.
• Understanding of sport, performance, and rehabilitation planning including load management and return-to-play.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment and performance plans.
• Provide physiotherapy and interventions, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated client pathways.
• Educate clients on injury management, prevention, and long-term health.
