We’re looking for a curious and motivated Co-op Student to spend a term with our Performance Marketing team. You’ll get exposure to big-budget campaigns, cutting-edge marketing tools, and the day-to-day work that goes into acquiring and keeping customers.
What You’ll Work OnYou won’t be making coffee runs, you’ll be part of the team:
Helping run live marketing campaigns across Google, social media, and programmatic channels
Supporting media planning by gathering data, reviewing past performance, and helping shape recommendations for future campaigns
Checking performance dashboards and calling out wins or issues
Supporting A/B tests to see what works and what doesn’t
Doing research on trends, competitors, and new marketing channels
Reviewing ads and creative to make sure everything looks right before launch
Pitching in on presentations, trackers, and team projects
What You’ll LearnThis is your chance to test‑drive a career in marketing. You’ll learn:
You’re a graduate student in a co‑op program for Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or something similar
You’re curious about digital marketing and love working with data
You’re organized, detail‑oriented, and good with numbers
You know your way around Excel/Google Sheets (bonus if you’ve played with dashboards)
Most importantly, you’re eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions

The hourly compensation for the role starts at $22.50 per hour and will increase based on factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, and the recommended rates as set by the respective educational institution.
