This REMOTE role bridges the gap between our Marketing and Engineering teams by implementing, managing, and optimizing our analytics, advertising, and marketing automation integrations.

This individual will be responsible primarily for technical implementation and integration tasks but will also play a key role in strategy discussions, planning, and evaluation of new tools and platforms. They will have direct interaction with the Marketing team and report to the Director of Engineering.

Platphorm, LLC builds innovative multi-modal information exchanges and provides a comprehensive system that allows businesses to build scalable, reliable marketplaces where buyers pay sellers for information delivered via voice, mail, chat, SMS, or recorded phone messages.

The marketplace enables anyone to offer fee-based advice in their expertise area, at a price they set, and for others to find and pay for a conversation. Interactions can occur over the phone, email, text, or chat.

Responsibilities:
  1. Implement, manage, and optimize analytics and marketing integrations including GA4, GTM, Facebook Pixel, TikTok, CleverTap, AppsFlyer, and similar platforms.
  2. Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to ensure accurate data collection, insightful analysis, and actionable reporting.
  3. Work with Engineering to integrate analytics and marketing automation solutions within React and Ruby on Rails applications.
  4. Partner with our remote Mobile Development Team to ensure consistent tracking across Apps and Web.
  5. Participate in strategy sessions, helping evaluate new analytics and marketing technologies, and contribute technical insights to inform decisions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience implementing and optimizing analytics, advertising, and marketing automation tools
  • Proficiency with JavaScript and Ruby on Rails; familiarity with React is a plus
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving marketing technology stacks
  • Skill in translating business questions into data models, SQL queries, and visualizations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in marketing technology, analytics integration, or digital marketing
  • Experience in consulting or hybrid technical-marketing roles
  • Experience with MMM platforms (e.g., Northbeam, RockerBox, Singular)
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines from event data into analytics-ready tables
  • Experience developing dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau) for marketing performance, user behavior, funnel conversion, cohort analysis, and revenue attribution
