Fit4Less Kingston is seeking a Performance Head Coach to lead and develop a team of Performance Coaches, ensuring program success and a thriving member community. You will train staff, oversee coaching quality and collaborate with the VP of Group Experience on program direction.

You will also drive member engagement through classes, events and outreach while maintaining a strong front-desk presence and ensuring excellent customer service. This role offers an energetic, inclusive culture.

They will report directly to the General Manager* Input to a collaborative approach to planning and execution of Performance classes. This includes special events, releases, and member retention and attraction strategies* Implement all Performance directives as per the Vice President of Group Experience* Responsible for leading Performance Starter classes 2 - 4 per week* Consistently working to build and maintain Performance Member base, including walk arounds, Performance Trials, phone calls to existing Members, outreach to community events when required, booths, testimonials, etc.* Strong presence in the Club.
