• Deliver Performance classes (REGYMEN, HYROX, Craft Boxing Co., PEAK, etc.) safely and engagingly.
• Promote and support own and other classes to boost participation.
• Follow class operating procedures and keep studio clean and organized.
• Review workout plans and scripts before class; set up equipment.
• Log hours and substitutions; stay informed through department communications.
