Job summary

GoodLife Fitness in Oakville is seeking a Performance Coach to lead engaging Performance classes, ensuring safe and high-quality instruction across programs like REGYMEN, HYROX and PEAK. You will drive member engagement through strong coaching and program delivery.

You will prepare by reviewing plans, setting up equipment, and maintaining a clean Performance Studio, while handling subbing, attendance and department communications. A supportive team and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Must have an active fitness certification.
• Experience in the health and fitness industry is required.
• Current Canfitpro certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Class Delivery: Ensure proper Performance Program delivery (REGYMEN, HYROX, Craft Boxing Co., PEAK; other programs) for safe member experiences.
• Class Preparation: Review workout plans and scripting; set up equipment and maintain studio cleanliness.
• Administration: Complete subbing requests, log hours, read communications, and participate in coach meetings.
