Job summary

GoodLife Kids in Winnipeg, Canada, is seeking a motivated Performance Coach to lead engaging, safe classes across multiple programs and to support member retention through dynamic instruction.

You will prepare workouts, maintain equipment, and follow operating procedures while staying connected with the team and ongoing training opportunities. This role emphasizes inclusivity and a passion for helping kids and families stay active.

Qualifications

• Relevant fitness certification.
• Previous experience in Health and Fitness industry.
• Current canfitpro Certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Performance classes safely and engagingly following program guidelines.
• Promote and support own and other classes to boost member engagement.
• Follow all class operating procedures.
• Prepare classes by reviewing workout plans and scripting.
• Set up equipment and maintain studio cleanliness.
• Handle subbing requests and log hours in Time and Attendance.
• Stay informed through communications and attend coach meetings when possible.
• Complete Learning Zone modules as required.
