GoodLife Fitness Canada is seeking a Performance Coach to deliver high-energy Performance classes, lead safe workouts, and foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for all members. You will implement programs like REGYMEN and HYROX and support retention through engaging sessions.
The ideal candidate holds a relevant fitness certification, health and fitness experience, and a current canfitpro certification or equivalent.
Who is a Performance Coach?
Performance programming is one of the main pillars of GoodLife’s amenities and is a key driver for Member acquisition and retention through an elevated offering. The Performance Coach is responsible for providing a high quality, engaging and motivating experience, that includes safe, inclusive and enjoyable instruction and leadership for participants in all Performance classes and Performance retention strategies.
