Per Diem Clinical Specialist - Canada

Compensation (USD):

• Trainer: $1,000 per day

Position Summary:

The Clinical Specialist Per Diem provides critical product in-servicing to Sciton customers. The position will be a technical expert on all Sciton products, and work on an as needed basis to support the in-servicing requirements of customers. Emphasis is on competency skill assessment and development of all clinical staff through identification of learning needs, while maintaining adherence to Sciton materials and approved in-services.

Our ideal candidate is based in Toronto.

In this role, you will:

• Assisting with execution of clinical in-servicing events in existing and new accounts
• Communicating leads and account updates to outside Territory Manager
• Providing input to prepare additional materials as needed in the support of sales and training.
• Act as a clinical and technical product expert for all Sciton products
• Be a passionate advocate for improving patient outcomes in an inpatient medical setting.
  
  
  

Essential requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• A minimum of three years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Expertise with Sciton products, required.
• A current issued clinical license in good standing.
• Ability to effectively educate clinical personnel.
• Ability to affect change through education and evidence based clinical literature.
• Ability to seamlessly integrate technology (iPad, Outlook, G-Suite, PPT, etc.) into work.
• Demonstrated flexibility, autonomy, self-motivation, and a high level of professional demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively with and direct training and in-servicing programs to achieve highest level of product compliance.
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow-up.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
